THAYLAN operates out of dedicated dark store fulfilment hubs serving Greater London and surrounding postcode districts, expanding across regional UK hubs.
How are chilled and frozen items delivered safely?
Our warehouse pickers follow strict temperature wave picking (Ambient $\rightarrow$ Chilled $\rightarrow$ Frozen). Chilled and frozen items are packed in temperature-controlled bags and thermal liners inside refrigerated vans.
How do variable weight fresh items work?
Fresh produce and meat are displayed with an estimated weight and price. At checkout, payment is pre-authorised with a small buffer. The exact final price is calculated when our picker weighs the item in the warehouse.
