Welcome to THAYLAN. By using our website or ordering online groceries, you agree to these Terms and Conditions governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1. UK Consumer Rights & Perishable Goods
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations, fresh produce, chilled items, and perishable groceries are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel once order picking has commenced.
2. Unit Pricing & Weight Reconciliation
Variable weight produce is priced per kg or unit. The final total is adjusted to the exact weight recorded during warehouse picking.
